I could not find Du Zeir (ءٍ) in Crulp Urdu Phonetic Keyboard. Du Zeir are double Zeirs. Single Zeir is with Shift + I key. Please help me.

If you can't find a certain letter in the keyboard, then it means this is a bug or the letter you're trying to find and use is unsupported.
